I got a summer internship position with Kathlin Argiro! Haven't heard of her before? She dresses Stacy London, from TLC's What Not to Wear. She's mostly a bridal designer, though. But I'm so glad I got it! I get to spend my July before college in her AH-MAZING studio. Her showroom is definitely so pretty. You can see some pictures I took from her website below. Hey everyone! This is my site, Audrey Allure. I made this mostly so I could blog.
So, here's just a little something about me.Obviously my name is Audrey. I live in New York City & I will be attending LIM for fashion merchandising & fashion publishing in just a couple of weeks. I recently interned for a bridge dress designer, Kathlin Argiro. I had the best time and definitely one of the cool experiences I've had. I was the co-leader & co-creator of the Fashion & Design Club at my high school. I was also tennis captain, and involved in many other activities such as Prom Committee, National Honor Society, art club, etc. So I'm a big geek. But I love being one. =] I love art and visiting museums, and getting that whole culture shock once in awhile. I spend a lot of time in different places in the city [Manhattan for you non-New Yorkers]. Shopping and sketching are just a couple of my hobbies. I like to read, and I do have my fair share of gossip. I love all types of music and movies. My favorites have to be alternative rock, underground bands, and Molly Ringwald, Adam Sandler, and James McAvoy movies.
